After we have finished setting the TWS terminals, to start working with Trade Manager, run the program

The Trade Manager program has a simple interface: function keys are located above the windows:

  • Request key for replicating orders confirmation
  • «add» key
  • delete
  • terminals
  • allocation control module

Let’s add terminals that we have set

As all of our terminals are set on a located on a local computer, the ip-address will also be of a local computer.

The port that we’ve set for terminal 1, API client ID – will be the same

If terminal lit up with green – that means that the Trade Manager program has successfully connected with Terminal 1

Add the next terminal.

The port will be 6002, the one we’ve set for the given terminal.

API client ID is the exact same.

If Terminal 2 lit up with green – that means that it has successfully connected with the Trade Manager program.

Add terminal 3.

Port will be – the one that we’ve set, and API client ID.

All three terminals have successfully connected with the Trade Manager program.
